New conditions to be qualified for the partner program are:

  • Having 500 subscribers;
  • 3 public uploads in the last 90 days;
  • and either 3,000 watch hours in the past year or 3 million Shorts views in the last 90 days.

Yeah this is great news. Now is this going to affect getting monetization on ads? I had hear it only allows you to get some monetization tools but not the adsense?
