Laura Lerner currently leads knowledge management (KM) for Coupa Software. During her 20ish year career, she has delivered enterprise knowledge, content, and collaboration solutions – even an award-winning community program – for organizations of all shapes and sizes, including Amazon Web Services, ADP, and Intuit. Laura has taught KM at the undergraduate and graduate levels for Columbia University, University of Maryland University College, and DePaul University. She’s also spoken at events for APQC, Society for Technical Communication, and other organizations about collaboration and enterprise social networks. Laura earned her MS in Information and Knowledge Management from Columbia University.
