The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Social Media Strategist for our Video & Motion segment. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple corporate social channel properties including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. You will lead strategy for content, including video production, and coordinate a team of channel managers + agency partners in authoring, curating, and moderation for Adobe Video channels. Social media is a fast-paced environment and we’re looking for someone who’s forward-thinking in a constantly evolving landscape. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is organized, manages time well and has a strong POV in what makes a successful social media program.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategy for Video & Motion segment across all Adobe Video social channels.
  • Lead team of community managers and agency partners, collaborating with partners on content creation, execution, community management, paid social, and measurement.
  • Lead all aspects of content creation and curation for Adobe Video social. Support ongoing campaigns and product launches as well as sharing news items as they are surfaced through deep partnerships across teams at Adobe.
  • Lead the oversight of social video production for social formats including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Direct channel management across platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Supervise relevant blogs, news sites and other industry information sources to source context-specific, relevant social content appropriate to each channel.
  • Actively investigate and suggest new ways to improve engagement on all social media platforms, including emerging social media outlets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media programs.
  • Drive strategic plans for events and launches, identify important metrics and create focused social media plans.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven experience in social media and/or marketing communications.
  • Experience leading branded social media strategy across existing and emerging channels.
  • Experience with organic and paid social; strong understanding of social video-based social platforms YouTube, TikTok, and IG Reels.
  • Strong social media copywriting skills
  • Participate on the edge of culture and trends across social, with a proactive approach to integrating culturally-relevant platform ideas across Adobe’s channels
  • Experience with web and social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams, building integrated social-first programs that incorporate goals and objectives from various lenses.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • BA in a related field, such as Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Design or Photography.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,600 – $218,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
