Who You Are

As a Social Media Strategist, you are our digital voice, responsible for the overall strategy and creation of our brands social media presence. Our strategist enjoy collaboration, often working with the creative marketing team and other lines of business to create various social media initiatives. You’ll play an important role in the ensuring our social media presence is up to date with all current trends and best practices. Creating impactful content is second nature and you will strive to contentiously grow a brand presence that aligns with our core values of integrity, caring and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the overall social media strategy development for the bank to ensure a positive presence on all relevant social media platforms
  • Work with the creative marketing team and other lines of business to create various social media initiatives
  • Stay up to date with all current trends and best practices to maintain our social media presence as a current and relevant one
  • Act as a primary point of contact with line-of-business stakeholders and provide relevant work direction to other team members
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of Program Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with a variety of departments
  • Expert level knowledge of marketing program management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Previous experience in correspondent banking
