Agency offerings include influencer marketing, original content creation, account management, paid media campaigns and beyond. Flighthouse works with a range of clients, from chart-topping musicians (Ice Spice, Lil Nas X, Blackpink) to industry-leading brands (Starbucks, Sephora, Bose, Tinder, FX Networks, Chipotle).


We are looking for a mid-level Social Media Strategist to join Flighthouse’s brand team. This position will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth for our roster of clients. You’ll be responsible for creating and curating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing data-driven improvements to optimize social media campaigns.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective social media strategies that hit KPIs and goals
  • Create engaging, innovative, and relevant content to captivate the audience and promote brand awareness
  • Oversee and manage brand social media accounts and ensure consistent posting schedules based on content strategy and calendar
  • Foster meaningful interactions with the target audience, monitor trends and discussions, and proactively engage with followers to build a loyal and active community
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns, track KPIs, and optimize for future performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies and keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation for brand accounts, especially within the entertainment, consumer products and lifestyle verticals
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for audience engagement
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to monitor and interpret performance metrics
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Understanding of Gen Z culture and media space
