What You’ll Do:

Develop a holistic social media strategy for all platforms to support sales & marketing goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective marketing campaigns

Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency

Draft social media copy and content; proofread and edit social media materials for consistent messaging, working with product marketing and other marketing managers as required

Implement tactics to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions

Partner with other marketing team members to manage CareRev’s online communities, driving engagement and leading the creation of new communities

Review and respond to all brand mentions, messages, and interactions on company accounts

Liaise with Product Management, Account Management and Client Success teams to create compelling stories

Work with Content & Events teams to filter and prioritize posts on our shared editorial calendar

Lead employee advocacy and engagement efforts on social platforms, sharing important updates across the organization and training key team members on best practices for sharing across channels

Manage paid social campaigns and collaborate with outside digital agency

Establish KPIs for all organic and paid social campaigns and report on account performance

All other duties as assigned/needed

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of social media marketing experience

A self-starter with a proven history of increasing engagement and building online communities

Experience with social media posting and analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Keyhole)

Experience working in Marketing & Sales CRM’s (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed, fully remote team

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done

Comfortable reporting on statistics and presenting analytics to executive leadership

Excel at communicating with Sales teams and providing them with training and deliverables to be successful

Experience in a small, high-growth startup is a plus

Healthcare industry experience is a plus

Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk

Prolonged periods of working on a computer

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment
