As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our digital storytelling and community engagement efforts. You’ll be responsible for crafting, curating, and managing published content across all social platforms, ensuring that our unique blend of business acumen and intuitive principles reaches a global audience.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling messages, stories, graphics, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analytics: Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., PR, marketing, courses) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated with emerging social media trends and technologies, ensuring that the Institute remains at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Crisis Management: Address negative comments or reviews, ensuring the institute’s reputation remains untarnished.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of social media management experience.
- Proficient in content creation tools, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An intuitive grasp of our core mission and the ability to translate it into compelling digital stories.
