We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Manager & Client Relations professional to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for not only developing and implementing social media strategies but also managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, using your creativity, expertise, and strong communication skills to make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement for our clients

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating innovative ideas into our clients’ strategies

  • Track and analyze key metrics, providing regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure social media strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, including calls, emails, and meetings

  • Understand clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic recommendations and solutions

  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information, assets, and approvals for social media campaigns

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Manage client expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality work within agreed-upon timelines

  • Act as a brand ambassador for our clients, maintaining a consistent and professional tone across all social media platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and gain insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in client management, including handling calls, setting up meetings, and managing emails

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus
