Are you a social media superstar who’s ready to join a growing, innovative team? You are in luck, because we are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to help us take our social business strategy to the next level.

The perfect person for this role will be a team player who can think critically, develop strategies, and turn those ideas into impactful content, campaigns, or advertisements.

The Social Media Manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Developing insight driven strategies for multiple personas that drive users through the funnel from introduction to consideration to purchase.
  • Using the channel’s large online presence to drive business goals, including selling products and online event sales.
  • Creating social media campaign ideas that support larger initiatives
  • Defining channel use and best practices in order to influence both go-to-market plans and creative development
  • Manage the day-to-day publishing, monitoring, and moderation of the brand’s social accounts
  • Identifying tools and processes that bring leads to the sales organization quickly
  • Partnering with the media team to ensure any organic content is complimentary to other brand or media work
  • Measuring, reporting, and analyzing the performance of campaigns and ROI across channels and translating those findings into actionable recommendations
  • Managing communities for all social media accounts
  • Supporting an online influencer program
  • Drafting a social media insights newsletter to educate and improve the performance of other channels and departments
  • Overseeing a Social Media Coordinator who supports all the above initiatives
  • Working alongside department and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that any social content is aligned with brand planning/calendars, and brand aesthetics
  • Staying up to date with current technologies, trends and best practices in social media, design tools and applications


  • At least 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for high profile clients and growing brands
  • A proven track record of developing and selling in social strategies for successful brands across multiple social platforms
  • A strong understanding of the current, best tools for plan, analyze and improve upon any social media content
  • An ability to translate brand initiatives and creative briefs into actionable social media plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the department and with external parties
  • A team play who brings a can-do and what’s next attitude
  • Strong creative skills, including channel-specific writing and the ability to craft engaging, eye-catching content
  • Passion for social media and helping a team thrive
  • An ability to travel 10-15% of the time

  • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
  • The office work environment can be boisterous.
  • Attire is business casual.
  • Hybrid work schedule in-office days Mon - Wed, remote work Th/Fri


The salary for this position is $85k-$100k ( Depending on experience)
