This isn’t your typical Social Media Manager role. We’re looking for someone who can view each episode of the Diary of a CEO podcast as a premiere event. Someone who understands the heartbeat of our community and can craft a crescendo leading to every episode release. If you have an undying passion for growth, are fiercely experimental, and have a deep knowledge of social media channels and the value of community, then we’d love to hear from you.
- Episode Engagement and Reach
- Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the visibility and engagement of each podcast episode.
- Foster collaborations with networks and creators, leveraging engaging promotional content.
- Digital Content Expansion
- Curate and promote standout clips to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.
- Drive community growth strategies across diverse channels, ensuring a strong and engaged audience base.
- Community Engagement and Feedback Loop
- Proactively interact with online communities, leveraging influencers and fans to promote content.
- Adopt a feedback-driven approach to refine and optimise promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Innovative Content Strategy
- Stay ahead in the podcasting industry by employing novel techniques and platforms.
- Challenge traditional methods and embrace out-of-the-box tactics to boost our digital presence.
- Insightful Storyteller: A knack for identifying and crafting narratives that resonate and engage.
- Curious & Engaging: An innate desire to create compelling content combined with a zest for brand building.
- Creative & Analytical Balance: A blend of creative flair and data-driven decisions, ensuring content is both engaging and effective.
- Organised Multitasker: Meticulous attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Trend Spotter: An aptitude for continuous learning, always staying updated with the latest in content marketing and social media trends.
- Minimum of 1 year in social media and content management, preferably in a dynamic media or content creation environment.
- Proven adaptability in crafting content across a plethora of social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in collaborating with diverse teams, partners, and external agencies.
-Experience collaborating with external video production teams.
