StubHub is seeking a Social Media Manager to join a growing in-house team of creative brand and product storytellers. The Social Media Manager will manage all brand and communication activity on our global social channels, working with the internal team and agency partners to drive engagement through engaging and brand-relevant content that achieves brand and communication goals, protecting and enhancing our reputation and making our brand synonymous with live event experiences. The Social Media Manager will work with the Communications team, leading our global social media efforts.

Manage global day-to-day social media operations including daily production of timely content and social care

Partner with agencies (social, media, other) and internal stakeholders

Lead global social ideation, strategy, and execution for brand and promotional campaigns and key partnerships

Writing content and working with creative teams to see through the production of on-brand channel content

Ensuring messaging and voice matches our audience and comms objectives, maintaining a critical eye for impactful and effective messages and content

Provide on-site management of live events as needed
Manage relationships and social media tool strategy with relevant partners (Twitter, FB, Snapchat, Hootsuite, Salesforce, ShareRoot, DataRank, etc)

Someone who lives and breathes social media, live entertainment, and #trending topics

Strong writing skills with a love for storytelling and influencing audience behavior

A creative thinker with an eye for high-quality content

Always has their finger on the pulse of the landscape, pop culture, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Someone knowledgeable and appreciative of the power of social media content and how it ties directly to brand health and public relations

3+ years’ experience working in brand social media and communications

Proficiency in social media software tools such as Hootsuite, Salesforce, Twitter analytics

Strong communication skills and proven ability to work in a public facing role

Ability to innovate new ideas and work closely with partners at other brands and teams

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator creating content to be shared over social media

Someone with corporate communications experience in sports, theater, pop culture or live music

Someone with a strong understanding of how content powers social media

Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
