Job Overview:

As the Social Media Manager for our beauty brand, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, fostering community growth, and enhancing our brand image across various social media platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, and Pinterest.

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive brand awareness, product launches, and customer engagement.

  • Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for growth, and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

  • Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and in a professional manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall brand initiatives.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key social media metrics, report on performance, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and tools, recommending innovative approaches to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities and strategies to stay ahead in the beauty industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.

  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style for different platforms.

  • Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with an understanding of graphic design principles.

  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends, influencers, and consumer behavior in the digital space.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media performance.
