Job Overview:
We’re searching for a creative Associate Social Media Manager who is passionate about digital content and building digital communities. The Associate Social Media Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will collaborate with all respective teams to strengthen PatPat’s digital footprint and brand equity. This role will ensure that our social media accounts remain engaging, consistent and fun. If you live and breathe with your finger on the pulse of what’s trending on social, with a specific focus on Instagram and TikTok trends, we want to speak to you.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the development and execution of social media strategies for the PatPat brand across owned channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (with a primary focus on Instagram).Oversee and manage campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimization for Instagram owned channelsDevelop engaging social media strategies and campaigns that support key business initiatives, build brand awareness, and create engagement among our followersLead and execute daily operations of owned social media channels, including, but not limited to content planning and execution, copywriting, and community management.Create engaging video and photography content in alignment with brand image and strategyAnalyze social media data on a weekly basis to understand what our audience responds to and provide optimization recommendations to increase engagementMaintain your pulse on trends, pop culture, current events, competitors, and social media best practicesDevelop a social media content strategy to create a strong brand identity for PatPat that can translate to all social media channels and across all countries and regional accountsDevelop social-first activations to generate engagement and grow organic audience

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience4+ years experience working in social media with proven experience managing, growing and fostering strong social media accountsCan-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of fast-paced environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicativePassion for social media, pop culture, and current trendsStrong foundational knowledge of social media platforms: IG, Tiktok, YouTube, and Pinterest.Willingness to learn and test new strategies and ideasRetail apparel experience within a marketing capacity is preferredCommunity management experience within the retail and apparel industry is preferred

Salary and Benefits:
