About The Role
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager that will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating brand stories and building a devoted community through engaging content. This person will be responsible for creating and posting content across all major social media platforms, creative ideation and execution, calendarization, copywriting, video editing, and more.
About You
You’re an expert Social Media storyteller, with a thirst for tackling each platform with a unique strategy to create the most impact and engagement from an audience, while adhering to brand guidelines and voice.
You can craft a Social Media calendar and content (images, video and captions) that both amplifies marketing campaigns, creates authentic brand awareness, and capitalizes on the opportunity to share fun, exciting, relevant, and unique content for followers.
You recognize that Social Media doesn’t sleep, and find clever and unexpected ways to engage our audience at peak hours.
You are attentive to detail, and can also manage multiple projects: calendar planning, content development and hitting deadlines.

Responsibilities
Harness the power of storytelling to create and curate compelling content across diverse social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging, relevant, branded content that engages our audience and amplifies our marketing efforts.
Work collaboratively with the internal Creative and Marketing teams to ensure social content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity.
Develop and maintain a meticulously crafted social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that resonates with our audience and embodies our brand essence, prioritizing marketing campaigns, product launches, sustainability, and broader cultural events.
Work with our Creative team to produce social-first content that resonates with our audience, builds organic awareness, and shares brand/product attributes in a unique way.
Master the Nisolo tone of voice and write compelling copy for use across all social channels and beyond.
Act as a key member of the creative team, developing and maintaining brand guidelines across Social Media channels.
Capture and edit video content per season and beyond.
Manage the regular posts on all social media platforms (including but not limited to - Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter)
Measure and analyze Social Media performance to industry benchmarks and key competitors with a data-driven mindset that understands the takeaways that should impact creative decision making.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years experience in Social Media content creation, preferably in retail and/or fashion at a direct-to-consumer, digitally native or digital savvy brand
2+ years experience working with photo AND video-editing tools
Well-versed in all social media platforms (esp Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok), with an understanding of the user algorithms on each
Ability to stay on the pulse of social media trends and schedule around current events, viral moments, and trending subjects to best promote the brand
Passion for fashion trends and pop culture, especially how Social Media users interact with content across different platforms
Fluent in Social Media reporting and listening platforms (i.e hootsuite, sprout)
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, professional, team-oriented, and highly motivated self-starter
Compensation: Based on previous experience and expertise.
