Neurosity is building the next generation of mental health apps that interact with the brain. The Crown, our brain-computer interface, knows when you are in the zone and keeps you there. We are giving our users the ability to shift from any mental state into a focused mental state, allowing them to enter a flow state, and unleash their best work.

This is a brand new role for our organization and will require some collaboration with an external social media team who is currently managing our social presence on an investor level.

In the first 30 days you’ll:

Meet with Co-Founder and CEO to develop our “retail investor” brand

Collaborate with our external team to learn our current strategy, tone, and social presence

Manage the scheduling and posting from our current content calendar to our various channels

The best fit for this position will have experience developing strategy & content and still be comfortable managing the scheduling and posting on our various channels.


  • Growing audience on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media channels
  • Engaging with audience and followers across all social media channels
  • Planning community events and activities
  • Knowing our product inside and out with knowledge on how to use each of our tools
  • Monitoring and reporting on industry and competitive trends, campaign initiatives, and community optimization
  • Maintaining content calendars for all social communities
  • Scheduling and consolidating content on social media
  • Responding to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience
  • Enforcing the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand

Must Haves

  • 4+ years of experience managing social media platforms or communities
  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, commenting, etc
  • Understanding of popular and emerging social networks
  • Experience with content management
  • Have an understanding of communities, what makes them tick, and be interested in fostering an ongoing relationship on behalf of a brand
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Solutions-oriented, self-starter, very detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task and able to meet deadlines
