Position & Responsibilities Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for managing all organic social channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) based on your prior experience. You will have growth goals for hitting follower and engagement numbers that affect our bottom line.
These duties will include:
- Coordinate with design, media, research, copy and product teams to launch engaging new social content daily.
- Daily video editing to create quality video content.
- Daily image editing to create high converting social media content.
- Daily tracking and analysis of previous social stats.
- Have a great understanding of our social audiences for targeting specific messages.
- Daily communication of social media performance to key stakeholders.
- Have a passion for improving likes and post click rates.
- An expert understanding of social content calendars.
- Have a goal-oriented attitude to hit weekly growth goals.
Team Overview:
The Marketing team of ~30 people is responsible for generating leads for our retail advisor team on a daily basis. Our marketing group is organized into the following groups:
Channels:
- Podcasts
- Newsletters
- Youtube
- Platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok, Quora, etc.)
- Programmatic Native and Display
- Creative (Copywriting & Design)
- Marketing Analytics
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a social media marketing or project management role.
- 2+ years of experience copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Good understanding of social marketing and making creatives.
- Comfortable with analyzing data spreadsheets and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without persistent guidance.
- Willingness to learn quickly and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently is a must!
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions and use sound judgment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability and desire to understand and discuss new creative concepts.
- Most importantly: The unrelenting desire to achieve growth and meet aggressive KPIs.
Measurements of Success in First 90 Days:
- Complete execution of a daily social content plan across all Masterworks Channels
- Find optimization improvements (creative, audience, or otherwise) within your channels and create a roadmap to scale
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the US - no exceptions.
- Must be able to work out of our NYC office
How does Masterworks think about compensation?
The compensation range for the role is $70K-$100k. The advertised pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage for any specific employee. Our ranges tend to be very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
