SUMMARY:
Mad Hippie is seeking a talented and creative Sr. Manager, Social Media to lead our social media function, driving best-in-class consumer, brand experience and engagement with a 360 execution. We are looking for an experienced individual with a great bias for action and a genuine passion for natural beauty, our brand purpose and positioning as a cruelty-free natural and effective brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain a social calendar across platforms aligning with key marketing and new product launches initiatives
-Manage the content planning, strategy, and execution of Mad Hippie organic social activity across all platforms Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest while guiding the tactical execution
-Lead and create innovative campaigns that elevate the Mad Hippie brand, build awareness, and drive engagement on social
-Generate creative briefs with relevant insights to guide creative team on best practices through content creation process including concept, asset creation, and deployment on platforms
-Partner with influencer coordinator on strategic recommendations that support key social and brand initiatives, build community, and impact organic growth of Mad Hippie channels
-Monitor social channels and community management process providing editorial guidelines for moderation, troubleshooting with customer service, and/or elevation of communications as needed
-Provides regular recap about analytical performance and learnings resulting in actionable insights
-Is constantly on the pulse of the social conversation surrounding the brand and funnels insights to the brand and doss-functional teams
-Consistently optimizes performance and stays at the forefront of social platforms latest algorithm updates and engagement / growth best practices
-Build audience acquisition plans and growth strategies specifically for TikTok
Identify unique ways to increase brand affinity, engage with fans, and build thriving communities on social
Qualifications:
-5-7 years experience is social media management role with community management experience
-Knowledgeable about each platform best practices and understands the design needs across social
-Proficient in social management and analytics tools such sprinkler, Sprout, etc…
-Ability to leverage data and metrics to inform future campaigns and strategies
-Thinks strategically and excels at flawless execution
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Has a bias for action and acts as an owner
-Ability to manage campaigns from the ideation phase through launch / execution
-Familiarity with Tribe Dynamics/ Rival IQ software
