About the Role
The Social Media Manager will be dedicated to developing and executing organic social media strategies, managing content creation, and nurturing our online community across various platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and engaging with our target audience to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth.
● Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and values.
● Content Creation: Create visually appealing and engaging content, including images, videos, stories, and captions, tailored to each platform.
● Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.
● Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media followers, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive and supportive online community.
● Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely content delivery.
● Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow our organic social media following and increase brand reach.
● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
● Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and beauty enthusiasts to expand the brand’s reach.
● Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.
● Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
● 4-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a focus on organic growth and community management
● 1-2 years of supervisory\managerial experience
● In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging social media platforms.
● Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
● Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Creativity and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
● Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
