Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CCO to develop company’s social media, community-building and overall engagement strategy to consistently grow company’s mobile app user base
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share high-quality, original graphic, photographic, and video content across all company platforms
  • Develop cross-promotional content for our nonprofit partners that drives awareness and mobile app user growth
  • Develop, implement, and oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns to align with business goals and ensure brand consistency
  • Drive engagement by monitoring and responding to all comments & inquiries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews on company social media channels
  • Work with the CCO to define KPI’s and KRA’s; measure the success of social media campaigns
  • Collaborate with the CCO to produce high-quality, engaging copy for social media posts and campaigns
  • Build brand awareness by engaging and establishing relationships with relevant influencers and micro-influencers
  • Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and engagement; suggest content optimization strategies
  • Suggest and implement new strategies, features, promotions, etc. to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, social media best practices, and design tools and applications
  • Ideate and work with team to create solutions as needed
