DESCRIPTION:

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and elevating Cardin McCoy’s presence across all social media platforms. This position demands an individual who can skillfully elevate Cardin McCoy’s brand identity and drive attention to Cardin McCoy’s products. The ideal candidate will be a digital aficionado, deeply entrenched in the world of children’s fashion, and possesses an innate ability to strike a chord with our audience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: **

  • Curate, design, and orchestrate visually captivating and emotionally engaging content tailored to Cardin McCoy’s brand ethos. This includes a mix of photographs, videos, infographics, and user-generated content, all ensuring a harmonious blend of style and storytelling.
  • Customize content and engagement strategies specific to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and others) to exploit platform strengths and audience behavior.
  • Spearhead community management initiatives by fostering authentic interactions, addressing inquiries, and curating UGC (user-generated content) that fortifies brand loyalty and builds a passionate community.
  • Act as Cardin McCoy’s digital trendsetter, being the first to identify and integrate emerging social media and children’s fashion trends.
  • Dive deep into analytics to gauge content effectiveness, platform growth, engagement rates, and overall ROI. Utilize insights to tweak strategies for amplified success.
  • Act as the central hub between the marketing, design, customer service, and PR teams to synergize efforts and maintain a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
  • Strategize and execute influencer collaborations, ensuring the brand’s authentic portrayal and reaching untapped audience segments.
  • Efficiently navigate and manage any digital PR issues or negative feedback, ensuring brand reputation remains untarnished.
  • Attend workshops, webinars, and courses to stay updated with the ever-evolving digital realm and implement best practices at Cardin McCoy.

**REQUIREMENTS: **

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a distinct edge given to those familiar with the children’s fashion segment.
  • A robust portfolio that showcases an array of successful social media campaigns, content designs, and growth stories.
  • Adeptness with social media management tools and graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on storytelling and brand articulation.
