ALOHA Collection is in search of a Social Media Manager to join our growing Team!


Lead the planning and development of ALOHA Collection’s content strategies across all social media platforms while supporting digital marketing goals and the company’s unique messaging. Duties also include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and coordinating digital campaigns to build community online.


  • Responsible for the management and growth of a dynamic Social Media team
  • Manage teams daily workflows for bandwidth and accountability
  • Collaborate with other ALOHA Managers and HR department to create best practices to better team dynamics and employees experience
  • Leading content strategies across all social channels
  • Lead in overseeing monthly social media calendar
  • Manage customer service for in platform communication
  • Curates outstanding content aimed at authentically connecting with ALOHA
  • Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly Reporting
  • Lead in identifying and executing giveaway and brand partnership opportunities along with Brand Manager
  • Lead in building out quarterly giveaway calendar, identify content gaps and work to solve
  • Work closely with Influencer/Affiliate marketing and Digital departments to execute and identify organic influencer opportunities
  • Work closely with ALOHA Content Team to plan and execute on monthly content strategy and needs
  • Responsible for planning and execution for any additional social platforms obtained by ALOHA Collection inclusive of international channels


  • 1-2 years experience in Social Media Management
  • Proficient experience in Google Meets, email, and Slack
  • High-level problem-solving skills
