  • Prioritize stakeholder needs and maintain brand voice consistency in editorial calendar oversight.
  • Partner with thought leadership and product marketing for targeted content initiatives in content collaboration.
  • Execute campaigns aligned with business goals as part of content collaboration.
  • Analyze social performance and conduct competitive assessments for performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Iterate strategy based on data insights obtained from social performance analysis.
  • Drive growth through strategic paid media initiatives in paid media leadership.
  • Coordinate campaigns tailored to the B2B advanced audience as part of paid media leadership.
  • Lead quarterly content planning and monthly briefings for B2B social initiatives in content planning and briefing.
  • Ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives during content planning and briefing.
  • Stay current on social media platform functionalities in platform optimization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in social media marketing or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical acumen with experience in social performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of paid and earned social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-team experience.
  • Familiarity with social media management systems (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch).
  • Agency experience or managing agency relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • People management or vendor/agency management experience.
