The Creative Team at Popsockets is a group of fun and talented professionals looking to add a Social Media Lead to the crew due to rapid growth! This teammate will be responsible for planning and driving Popsockets’ presence on all social media channels including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter. This social media rocks star will over see the management of social campaigns, brand messaging consistency, and create plans to grow and maintain followers through engaging content. A successful candidate will manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and communication. We are looking for an individual with an upbeat attitude and a strategic thinker who wants to grow in a dynamic company that values collaboration and hard work. This teammate will report to our Creative Director and closely partner with the creative team and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and drive Popsockets’ product and lifestyle presence on all social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter:

  • Daily management and oversight of social media campaigns and content; validate content is consistent (copy, tone, voice, terminology)
  • Develop content for postings/stories that drives engagement with our community of Popsocket followers
  • Engage with followers daily on all social media channels; respond to comments and DM’s with a sense of urgency- being a trusted and reliable ambassador of brand/product knowledge
  • Own the title of being in-house social media ‘powerhouse’ and offer creative critical thinking on social media trends and keeping a strong pulse of emerging social strategies
  • Mange creative development of all assets on social - images, video, reels, etc
  • Aggregate, analyze, and present social media metrics and data analytics on campaign performances; make recommendations based on findings
  • Partner with internal and external agency partners on social campaign projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years social media marketing experience; experience developing social media content and strategy on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Proven track record developing content that generates successful engagement of social media campaigns
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Data/analytical oriented - leverage and lean on data to drive campaign strategies
  • Team oriented - passionate about promoting the ‘eternal positivity machine’
  • Familiar with social media and community management softwares

Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
