As the Head of Social Media for Crumbl, you will lead our social media strategy to create meaningful engagement across all of our online communities. This includes concepting, production, and execution of all social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Lead our social media strategy and team to drive storytelling and meaningful conversations with our online community

Set yearly, quarterly, and monthly goals for our platform’s successes

Develop and manage a team of social media managers

Work with the social customer service team on understanding sentiment, and collecting user generated content.

Lead concepting, production, and execution of all social media campaigns to establish Crumbl as a thought leader on all platforms

Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to help champion customer stories and Crumbl’s offerings, including paid campaigns

Tell Crumbl’s story in a compelling way to audiences both internal and external

Establish a customer-centric lens across all social programming and lead with social-first execution

Work with the marketing team to identify new opportunities to grow organic search and traffic across all of Crumbl’s social media channels

Build rigor and discipline around social media metrics and sentiment that drive direct channel benchmarks, business impact, and growth

Monitor and stay current with timely industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to push our social media efforts with speed and efficiency

High alignment with our brand values, mission, and passion for small business and local communities

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing social media in a strategic capacity

Experience overseeing multi-channel social programming, including production of digital content

Extreme attention to detail

Experience managing social media strategy and channels for a brand with a large social media following

A love of creative campaigns, ideation, and execution from detailed content production

Keep up with social trends and culture, knowing how and when to translate them into brand tactics

Expert at cross-team communication and collaboration

Can balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
