POSITION TITLE: Social Media Coordinator
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Social Media Coordinator administers the global social media strategy and moderates all related commentary and campaigns within GUESS?, Inc. social media channels and profiles ensuring the online community is safe, fun and represents the culture.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist in the administering all social media content and campaigns across all channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. Work closely with internal team such as designers and brand partnerships to support their respective roles, ensuring consistency in voice, and cultivating a strong community around the brand.
Cross-functional collaboration with key partners in PR, Marketing and e-Commerce to produce, collect materials, strategize, research topics and ideas, and build content for social media content. Assist with writing and edit marketing materials, including posts and videos. Create presentations to include taking photos and making videos to upload to social media platforms.
Executes all administrative functions for the Social Media department including analytic reports, managing database systems, calendars, invoicing and other operational processes. Responsible for compiling weekly social recaps for the team based upon trends across the channels.
Competitive research to track GUESS?, Inc. brands against the landscape and to identify key trends and concepts for potential execution. Tabulate and analyze web and social media metrics on a monthly basis to make recommendations on resource allocation and programmatic shifts. Research and develop a variety of materials as background information to be used in preparing written and oral communication documents for staff.
Elevates issues arising from social media moderation to the Social Media Manager.

Salary Minimum: 50k
Salary Maximum: 60k
Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
