Nani Swimwear is seeking a creative and talented Part-Time Social Media Content Creator and Strategist to join our team. As the Social Media Content Creator and Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, aligning with Nani Swimwear’s brand objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, IGTV, and TikTok.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content creation and collaboration with influencers.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics, photos, videos, and other visual assets for social media posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously enhance Nani Swimwear’s social media presence.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to generate user-generated content and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and enhancement of Nani Swimwear’s social media strategy.
- Assist in organizing and executing social media contests, giveaways, and promotions to increase engagement and drive traffic to the website.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address any social media-related inquiries or issues.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
- Knowledge of current trends, strategies, and tools in social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to changing industry trends.
- Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience as a social media or similar role (proven experience + portfolio of work preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media best practices
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Social media video capabilities and passion preferrered.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and maintain effective communication and collaboration.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Effective time management and ability to work in a deadline-driven, multi-priority environment.
