Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to join the Marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating and editing content for Amy’s social channels that is inline with brand and business priorities, objectives, and messaging. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, organic and natural foods, and experience developing recipes and serving suggestion content. We are looking for a flexible yet organized person who can bring their creative expertise to our marketing department and act as the inhouse photographer/videographer while also performing producer duties for photoshoots with outside vendors.
**Please note, this is an onsite/hybrid remote position and cannot be fully remote. This person will need to be on-site at least once a week.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Partner with Amy’s founders, Marketing team (Product Marketing, Consumer Engagement, and Creative), and external agency to develop content calendars and creative ideas to use across social channels and digital platforms

Work closely with Amy’s founders to develop social feed aesthetic, develop creative ideas, and execute their vision

Scope, create, and execute engaging and effective content and assets for company website, social channels, and other communications:

Storyboard, produce, film and edit orginal content utilizing knowledge of preferred hardware and software

Manage the budget for each project, recap and reconcile invoices relevant to projects

Edit photography and video as needed

Manage feedback from various internal stakeholders to ensure products and brand is accurately portrayed

Work with Creative team to establish mood boards and pre-production guidelines for web and social photoshoots and assist/oversee photo and video shoots

Manage external creator and vendor relationships

Identify trends in food and social media space, recommending ways for Amy’s to participate and drive cultural relevance

Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven excellence in creating effective and engaging branded content for well known brands including photo, video, and copy-writing
- Extensive knowledge of video and photo production
- Expertise with major social platforms- Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
- Degree in Visual Arts with educational background in photography, videography, editing, and lighting preferred or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of expeience in video or media production
- Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow and to work independently.
- Acute attention to detail
- Proactivity- identifying opportunities and executing, improving ways of working, establishing processes
- Ability to deal effectively with diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Photo and video editing skills
- General Microsoft Office Suit knowledge
- Ability to manage departmental and project budgets.
Language Skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and direct manner.
- Fluency in English and
- Ability to translate English to Spanish to English both for written communications and during live meetings.
California Compensation Range: $97,600-146,400
This range is for California employees in the Bay area. Other locations may be subject to a lower range.
