Job Title: Social Media/Community Manager - Front Store/Beauty

We are seeking a Social Media/Community Manager - Beauty, to join CVS Health as a part of our growing internal Media team. This role is part social media manager part community manager focused on our social presence in the beauty space, with the opportunity to stretch into other areas of our retail business. In this role you will be essential to generating social engagement, elevating CVS’ online communities, and ensuring all communication aligns with CVS’ marketing strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with social communities of scale, developing content strategies, and translating social insights into actionable opportunities. This position will work closely with the internal creative agency, marketing strategists, outside agencies and social media partners as needed.
- Strategize ways to scale our social communities, make connections, and build relationships on social**
- Participate in online conversations as CVS to build brand visibility and thought leadership
- Respond to comments and inquiries in real-time to engage users and improve positive sentiment
- Regularly brief in and manage development of content for social to creatively communicate about CVS programs, products and services related to beauty
- Monitor/Listen to online conversations to identify and analyze issues, patterns, and trends that pertain to CVS and the beauty industry.
- Regularly execute reporting on content and community engagement including recommendations.
- Lead the ideation, management and execution of content calendars and social postings
- Stay current on social media trends and provide recommendations on approaches to improve community engagement**
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: $ 43,700
Maximum: $ 97,400
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
2+ years of experience directly managing social media communities and content for a Fortune 1000 business
1+ years of proficient experience with Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
SMMS platform experience (ex. Sprinklr)
Bilingual - fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing) is a bonus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams inclusive of agency partners
In-depth knowledge of and enthusiasm for social media
Knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry
Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Excellent creative writing skills and the ability to create editorial output quickly and within a brand voice
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple needs simultaneously
Friendly, customer-focused personality
Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Some experience managing small to large scale paid social campaigns
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
