Are you passionate about Digital Marketing, Social Media, Influencers , and Content Creators? This may just be the job for you. This position drives the continued evolution of our social content and overall creative practices and bridges a connection to our storied brands with the channels and creators who drive social relevancy in partnership with our Community Management and internal creative Account team. Here you will be responsible for the development and oversight of integrated social strategies inclusive of leading the development of ownable best-in-class paid & organic social media content that delivers on key brand objectives, and oversight of program execution from A-Z in partnership with Brand teams, Cross Functional teams and key agency partners.

This role tracks and reports performance of these activities while continuing to optimize and evolve at the same pace as the digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate for this role has a love for strategic planningand a passion for leveraging social & creator/influencer marketing to strategically build brands, capture attention, and drive cultural relevancy. The candidate will also have strong attention to detail to carry through activations and analyze performance and optimization recommendations. Direct experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Economy, Platform Creative strategy, or at an integrated creative or social media agency is strongly preferred to be successful in this role.


  • Responsible for developing a comprehensive data-driven Social and Creator/Influencer strategy & vision for NUSA, to ensure key brand campaigns, activations and moments are amplified via social channels to drive key brand metrics, and a holistic view of the role influencers play within broader communication strategies.
  • Key stakeholder in creative process to ensure content is break-through, delivers on brand objectives, meets creative excellence standards, and garners results.
  • Identify, deepen, and expand our digital footprint across assigned brands with creators, brand communications and channel partners alike.
  • Work in partnership with brand teams to identify needs and opportunities across key and emerging social territories inclusive of organic, paid and sponsored activations with creators/influencers.
  • Work with partners, media and creative agencies to develop campaign recommendations to brand teams for said programs, identifying the right talent, partnerships, investment levels, etc.
  • Manage the agencies, vendors, and key partners in Social and Creator/Influencer Marketing to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Drive the organization’s understanding of influencer/creator and social content measurement, specifically owning the creation and delivery of social media KPIs for evergreen and campaign-specific deliverables for owned and earned media. Partner with media COE on measuring creator/influencer impact to paid channels.
  • Ensure all of our programs and activations are in compliance with Key Nestle Guidelines and Policies (FTC guidelines, Brand Safety, COPA, Organization commitments, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with other cross functional teams and individuals to maximize the impact of our activations and efforts to further drive engagement (Media, Experiential, Shopper Marketing, PR, etc.) as well as to identify new uncharted opportunities for our brands.
  • Maintain an eye towards continued improvement to deliver against business goals - driving a thorough learning agenda that supports continuous optimization and development of best practices.
  • Develop and maintain education tracks across social and the creator economy for brand and cross-functional teams with an eye towards continually evolving our brands approach to work in this space.
  • Ensure we leverage and maximize value from existing measurement and management tools such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, CreativeX, and Sprinklr, and continually assess for new platforms and opportunities that allow us to be more agile and informed with our insights
  • Responsible for managing a strong working partnership and performance of our key agency partner(s) and cross function team members for all owned/led programs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in general business, marketing, or communications
  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social or Digital Advertising; prior team lead or manager level experience is a plus
  • Experience and strong understanding of the digital media landscape and growth of creator/influencer marketing
  • Expert level experience with social and influencer platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
  • Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
  • Experience working with CPG Food and Beverage clients, preferred
  • Collaborative attitude with strong interdepartmental communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaboration and working successfully with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • You should expect to operate with independence, maintain responsibility and accountability for all job responsibilities. This position reports directly and receives guidance from the Senior Manager – Social Media Marketing + Advertising.
