Peloton’s Content Department produces classes year round in order to deliver a broad range of highly engaging live and on-demand content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced, rapidly growing department. We’re looking for a hands-on, fitness forward, creative Social Content Manager who can lead social strategy & daily execution for our instructors & team initiatives. Project management skills & understanding of social audiences and trends is a must.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Oversee a cross-functional social content calendar, serving multiple marketing, content and instructor initiatives
- Set strategy around social content creation & posting cadence, focused on the following: class content highlight moments, apparel drop promotion, marketing of content initiatives, highlighting Peloton instructor brand
- Set KPIs for social content, build out reporting structures to track those KPI metrics
- Lead social shoot coordination and execution, working with leadership and instructor partners
- Assist Peloton instructors on social brand development, content execution in partnership with instructor leadership
- Develop and lead a Member UGC strategy to highlight studio experience and member connection
- Work to identify social amplification opportunities in all aspects of instructor presence - class content, events, studio, etc.
- Work cross functionally with brand social account to make cohesive
- Act as collaborator lead in social pitch process for individual instructor and apparel handles
- Lead regular ideation sessions, identify gaps in social amplification
- Be an expert in the social space including platform algorithm updates, best practices and emerging platforms
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a producer, project manager, ideally in the social space
- You can identity a story or trend and can craft relevant content to join the conversation
- You know how to work using the following social analytics tools Google Analytics, SocialFlow, Hootsuite, Dash Hudson, Echo Box, Chartbeat, Sprout Social
- You have excellent project management skills and can balance multiple projects and prioritize your work
- You are adept at spinning plates while managing multiple internal partners
- You have excellent writing skills and can write quickly and accurately
Base Salary: $88,600.00 to $115,200.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
