We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team in Roseville CA.

Summary:

As the Senior Social Media Strategist, your role will be to take ownership of FlexCare’s social channels, leading strategic development, and execution of social marketing communication initiatives that support and build our employment brand. The Senior Social Media Strategist will oversee audience growth and engagement, content planning and production, and strive to achieve monthly social media goals. Additionally, this position will report to and take direction regarding day-to-day tasks, duties, and special projects from the VP of Marketing and the Marketing Brand Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Fluent in corporate-level social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Experience using corporate social media management platforms; Social Studio is preferred.
  • Ability to develop daily, weekly, and monthly content for each social channel.
  • Experience with social media advertising strategies and with increasing followership.
  • Experience with corporate social media marketing campaigns centered around fulfilling sales and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop retention, loyalty, and re-engagement strategies to keep current travelers active.
  • Present innovative solutions for positioning FlexCare as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on each social media channel.
  • Act as primary social media customer service manager for inbound private messages.
  • Execute social campaigns focused around increasing engagement and showcasing the traveler life.
  • Drive the development of multi-media and hashtag campaigns to trigger engagement; also developing staff RN conversion campaigns.
  • Deliver ongoing social media training for internal to maximize the utilization of social media.
  • Keep FlexCare positioned for success in social media by monitoring trends on each platform and testing out new functionalities quickly so that FlexCare can be first-to-market with the best solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task as the department or workload dictates.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, web-based databases, and internet savvy.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of mid-size to corporate-level social media management experience and sales campaign creation from inception to reporting ROI.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and printers.

Pay Range:

$90,000.00 - $98,000.00 DOE
