We Are Looking for Someone Who:
As Sr. Social Media Manager, this person is passionate about social media and love coming up with ideas and creating fun content. They understand the power of social media to build a brand and enjoys forming relationships and engaging with new people. They’re excited to bring that approach to both the business and to our consumers. They know how to oversee our company’s interactions online by managing and implementing content strategies on all key social media platforms. Plus, they’re a self-starter, that has excitement to grow a brand and make an immediate impact!

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets.
  • Responsible for growing our social presence through engaging, community focused content, that supports Stuffed Puffs marketing objectives.
  • Oversee and develop all social content from ideation to execution with both internal creative and external partners (influencers and freelancers) according to key seasons and marketing periods ensuring consistent communication with our loyal community of fans.
  • Writing short and long form copy, content creation, community management and social media reporting.
  • Drive organic social strategy ensuring posting timely content across relevant channels focused on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Work closely with media agency in development and execution of paid campaigns as well as continually optimizing and analyzing campaign data in real time.
  • Proper trafficking of all creative assets internally and with agency to ensure all social media deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all platform partners and ensure we have access to beta products, best practices, and cases studies.
  • [EL1] Develop strategy for the use of all social media influencers, specifically micro-influencers, to further drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead development of influencer and press kits, coordinating each step from kit concept through execution. Including but not limited to sourcing materials, managing creative and logistics while ensuring all is within budget and completed in timely manner.
  • Manage influencer and content production budget, forecasting and reconciling monthly.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, potential new channels, and strategies to provide recommendations and test new strategies/channels.
  • Ensure monitoring and flagging Stuffed Puffs Social Communities (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest) to identify trends in customer interactions.


  • A love for social media and drive to learn, there no such thing as reading/watching/engaging/posting too much. Bonus points for knowledge of pop culture and social trends.
  • 2-4 years of agency or brand experience, directly managing social platforms and influencers for CPG brand.
  • Basic understanding for setting up and execution of paid media within self-service platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram.
  • Experience in social media metrics and monitoring tools with some knowledge of media math.
  • Experience working collaboratively with brand marketing and creative to develop social media strategy.
  • Appreciates the art of dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s. Attention to details and strong organizational skills required to manage multiple projects and influencers at once.

  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data

  • Experience working successfully within the constraints of a growing business
  • Tech savvy, Proficient in Office Suite; Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, knowledge, or willingness to learn project management software, Sprout Social or GRIN platform knowledge is a plus
