About the Position:
- Status: Full-time

Primary Duties:
- Develop robust social content strategy + calendar under the ZOA brand strategy
- Own all ZOA existing and emerging social channels (FB, IG, Twitter, TT, LI, etc.)
- Track and analyze social media performance
- Handle ongoing consumer engagement on social media
- Own content creation and publishing process and social media responses
- Coordinate with ZOA Marketing team on paid social media plans
- Manage and liaise with social content production team (internal, agencies and freelancers)
- Coordinate with other ZOA agency partners and founder brand teams to ensure alignment
- Work closely with e-comm and marketing team to drive conversion down the funnel, from engagement to transaction
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience of independently managing a brand’s social media identity
- Proven experience creating content calendars for organic social media posts
- Understanding of grid strategy
- Experience utilizing social media management and social listening tools (i.e. Sprout Social)
- Effective communication, verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, social media best practices, and new technologies
- Strong learning aptitude
- Self-starter
- CPG, beverage industry experience preferred
