The Social Media Manager will be a key driver of engagement and narrative development for the Founder/CEO of Chobani. They will help to amplify his voice as they will be responsible for developing a strategic social media calendar across channels and themes, creating content, executing and then measuring success.


  • Develop social media presence and key narratives to reach target audiences in an authentic voice to Founder/CEO on company matters and impact focus areas
  • Build a strong relationship with our Founder/CEO to understand his perspective and story, inspirations, preferred outcomes, etc.
  • Develop a strategy through different channels to ensure the right audience is being reached with right frequency
  • Manage Founder/CEO’s social calendars and channels
  • Able to stay up to date with current media and latest social trends, especially at the intersection of culture and technology, to identify and surface reactive opportunities on social media
  • Comfort turning unplanned content on tight deadlines
  • Ensure editorial, quality, accuracy, and brand standards are continuously being met
  • Keep track of, analyze, and report on various metrics in order to understand impact
  • Accompany the Founder/CEO to specific events/meetings in order to capture and note key insights, later integrating into strategic communications
  • Additional duties as assigned by the direct manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar
  • 8 years experience in related position required
  • Experience managing social media for a brand, company, or public figure.
  • Experience creating content campaigns for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Experience working cross-functionally across communications, marketing, creative, and legal teams.
  • Experience in metrics and analytics as it pertains to social media presence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven business acumen
  • Willingness to travel

Compensation Range: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00, plus bonus.
