Your Role
We are looking for a paid acquisition leader to help scale O Positiv social media marketing channels. This individual will have demonstrated success in driving traffic, customer growth, and revenue while achieving CAC and scale targets. The role will own the process start to finish for crafting strategy, development, testing frameworks, execution, and analysis of performance marketing plans, including organic and paid campaigns. Responsibilities will include optimizing campaign performance, coordinating new campaigns & creatives, and allocating budgets.
We are looking for someone who is hyper-analytical and data-obsessed, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate can manage and own the performance of social media paid acquisition channels, is able to work with multiple stakeholders, and can ensure all projects are executed within deadlines. As the Senior Manager, Paid Media you’ll be responsible for staying on top of industry trends and making data-informed decisions to deliver against sharp KPIs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and startup culture, and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.
The Senior Manager, Paid Media reports to the Chief Brand Officer and will work cross-functionally within the organization to further expand marketing efforts and develop our product and brand.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Build new and optimize existing campaigns Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid channels
- Test campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve and refine performance
- Create and manage effort calendar based on department objectives and goals.
- Communicate accurate and timely daily results to leadership.
- Identify trends and insights to track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs.
- Troubleshoot and solving technical issues including feed management and data tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance.
- Remain up to date on industry best practices and new developments.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Experience in a Direct Response Paid Media CPG Brand whose majority of revenue comes from eCommerce
- 3-5 years required experience in a Paid Media and managing a high volume of campaigns
- Data-driven with strong Excel, analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Analytics required.
- Budgetary experience including proven optimization for strong ROI required.
- Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus
Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $80k - $120k. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
