Karen Freberg is a Professor in Strategic Communications at the University of Louisville. Freberg has experience working with brands such as Hootsuite, General Motors, Breeders’ Cup, Facebook, Kentucky Derby, Sun Tan City, Brown-Forman, Adobe, and Chipotle. Dr. Freberg has written several award winning books about social media and public relations.

Dr. Caroline Lego Munoz is Professor of Marketing at the University of North Georgia. She teaches and researches on the topics of marketing, consumer behavior, digital marketing and social media. Her research has been published in numerous academic journals and Dr. Munoz is the co-author of #Share: How to Mobilize Social Word of Mouth (sWOM). Currently, Dr. Munoz is looking at social media marketing in political campaigns and visual imagery within social media.
