Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Paid Social Media Supervisor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various social media platforms, paid advertising, and data analysis. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring our paid social media campaigns across different platforms, ensuring they align with our marketing objectives and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audience segments and tailor ad creatives accordingly.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any other relevant channels.
- Oversee budget allocation for each campaign and ensure efficient spending to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to stay ahead of the curve.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Provide insightful reports and analysis to key stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, optimizations, and future recommendations.
- A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and paid social media advertising innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines on all social media platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for skill development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret and use data to drive campaign strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
