About the job
You will determine and set marketing strategy for CPGP’s social marketing handles to support important franchises. We are looking for someone with ample social experience in the marketing and consumer products industry with a track record on social media campaigns. You will report to the VP, CPGP Social Media Marketing Strategy.


  • Lead development of holistic social media marketing strategies across important franchises within the CPGP business.
  • Accomplish strategies and social media campaigns, using social platforms as the tactical pull-downs, to meet goals, achieve audience building, and improve monetization across the global CP business
  • Build social media marketing campaigns for franchises to support an “always-on” and “always-engaged” model to social content distribution that support franchise and CP priorities
  • Manage day-to-day of CPGP Franchise social handles (YouTube, IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest) to ensure strategies are being accomplished upon, and positively improving audience growth and the business
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy, Franchise, COE, LOBs, and Studio partners to identify and agree on a disciplined approach for driving audience-building and engaging with essential demographic and psychographic audiences across businesses around the world
  • Partner with and integrate Consumer Insights/Marketing Analytics efforts into strategies to understand the consumer and measure the impact of important projects (e.g. YouTube channels and content)
  • Manage external agencies across CPGP social media handles including setting contractual obligations, ensuring fulfillment of SOWs against defined campaign plans, and monitoring for quality control
  • Partner with other functions to improve processes through creative briefs, pipelines, publishing tools, security systems, and the moderation we employ around social commentary
  • Lead exploration with social platforms to identify new opportunities to develop creative ways to further engage with audiences and guide purchase intent
  • Lead global social media planning, communication, and workflow in close partnership with regional teams align global priorities, fulfill specific local needs, and maximize resource and budget efficiencies
  • Curate social analytics and performance information, to inform social content strategy in real-time; share important data with partners
  • Oversee team responsible building social campaigns and managing daily tactics

Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing at a network or studio
  • Accomplish successful large-scale campaigns/projects using metrics to measure the impact and determine necessary pivots
  • Passion for social media and knowledge of how to use each platform to improve Goals
  • Experience managing external agencies/partners/talent without oversight
  • Work well within collaborative, diverse teams across multiple departments
  • Build a social following across a variety of channels and using social to improve viewership
  • Experience presenting campaigns and results to partners and internal c-suite executives
