Who are we hiring? Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Digital and Social Content Strategy, the Manager, Social Strategy will work to strategize, produce and publish content through MSG Sphere’s owned and operated channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn). Duties will include channel strategy, community management, content creation and publishing as it pertains to MSG Sphere’s entertainment products, including original attractions, musical residencies and other marquee events. This individual is an exceptional verbal and written communicator who will form close relationships with MSG Sphere’s key internal stakeholders and aid in administrating a best-in-class short- and long-term social and digital strategy for Las Vegas’s most exciting new destination. The abilities to multitask, optimize for social channels and collaborate with stakeholders in brand, marketing and communications are all key in this performance-focused and dynamic role. This position is based in Burbank, CA, or Las Vegas, NV.

**What will you do? **

  • Manage and execute the short- and long-term social strategy across MSG Sphere’s O&O social properties
  • Support day-to-day content management and maintain overall editorial and brand integrity across MSG Sphere’s social ecosystem
  • Effectively scale strategies for attracting new followers and engaging existing followers through social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Build upon the current approved social strategy and calendar to further define MSG Sphere’s place within the social landscape
  • Ensure the voice, tone and mix of content is aligned with the vision, core values and key internal messaging of MSG Sphere, providing a consistent and compelling user experience across the organization’s social enterprise
  • Ensure branded and sponsored content is created and published in compliance with the Sales & Partnerships teams
  • Moderate and iterate channel strategy based on the tracking of key KPI metrics and data analytics
  • Manage multiple workstreams and/or projects from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, setting up proper measurement frameworks and reporting, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, overseeing quality and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
  • Research, identify and deliver on content ideas based on current events, trends, and topics relevant to MSG Sphere’s mission and target audience
  • Maintain a business mindset that focuses on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, and sharing of content while also paying close attention to brand building (tone, voice, market positioning)
  • Ability to work with our paid media division to ensure that the organic content aligns with our advertising strategy

**What do you need to succeed? **

  • 7+ years of experience in social content for web and mobile
  • 3+ years managing/producing social media with a preferred emphasis on strategy
  • Track record of delivering timely, relevant content at a high level to a wide audience
  • Demonstration of succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic organization while working with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Excellent follower-focused social skills — experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of content strategy
  • Commitment to collaboration, critical thinking and excellent visual and written communication skills
  • A natural curiosity to measure, learn and iterate constantly
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of the Las Vegas casino, entertainment, and events market a plus
  • Experience scaling social media accounts for high growth brands in competitive industries
  • Strong understanding of the latest social media feature enhancements, including algorithm changes, as well as a general understanding of social media advertiser rules
