The Manager – Paid Social Media Marketing will drive the digital execution of, and related sites, content aligned to the marketing calendar ensuring an optimal user experience. This Team Member will implement the Company’s Social Media Strategy, generating revenue, supporting omnichannel commerce, developing brand awareness, and encouraging brand advocacy. The Manager – Paid Social Media Marketing will drive the social strategy with partners in eCommerce, PR, and Category Marketing, ensuring that paid social is a revenue driver across platforms.

Major Activities

  • Develop paid social strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Pinterest) utilizing best practices, performance data, and MMM results.
  • Work with platform partners to understand all ad units on the platforms, what’s working for our brand, and what innovation will apply to our business strategies.
  • Partner with Media Agency and Social Platforms to design campaign strategies, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Analyze audience performance, campaign performance, and creative performance to drive ongoing test and learn agenda.
  • Work with multiple creative partners (agencies and platform creative teams) to develop robust content for multiple ad units/specs across platforms.
  • Develop briefs, input job requests, and export creative assets to media partners for trafficking.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Digital Media, User-experience, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field

Minimum Special Certifications Or Technical Skills

  • MS Office Proficient including Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
  • Analytic tools such as Adobe and Tableau for analysis
  • Knowledge of Social Ad Manager platforms
  • Ability to learn content management / trafficking program (Opal)

Minimum Type Of Experience The Job Requires

  • 5+ years of Paid Social Media experience at a major brand
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Working understanding of multiple ad types on Facebook, IG, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Digital Marketing experience delivering content, media plans, reporting, and optimization.


  • Must possess superb communication skills, be personable, professional and have solid presentation skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities simultaneously, while executing against key deliverables with excellence
  • Willingness to work 5 days/week on-site in the Irving office
