Real8 is an executive search firm. We are typically retained by large real estate organizations when they have a job opening to fill. We do a lot of work for multifamily, self-storage and medical office clients (to name a few). We work nationally, have employees in seven states and our entire team is remote.
In a post pandemic world, with several home based employees, we recognize the need to grow our business through social media channels.
We are creating a new role, seeking a creative and self-motivated individual who is skilled in social media marketing and has the ability to drive traffic to our website and LinkedIn pages.
Some duties would include:
- Create and implement social media marketing strategies
- Track and report social media metrics on a weekly basis
- Write content, articles, etc. to consistently stay in front of relevant industry associations
- Prepare promotional materials including online postings, newsletters, etc.
- Manage Google AdWords
- Potentially implement and manage an email marketing campaign
This position will have a lot of autonomy. We are seeking someone who can give us guidance on what we need to be doing to market our services, create and implement a plan to ultimately increase our client base and sales and then manage and oversee that plan.
