I am primarily a Google calendar user…do tons of time blocking BUT I have to have a vertical wall calendar (that I don’t put on the wall) on my desk at all times. I use this a ton to visualize content and do monthly planning.

Ususally get something like this in the dollar section at Target and end up paying $5

I also LOVE my Rae Dunn small calendar book that I get at Home Goods
Looks something like this

This year I’ve promised myself I will use a bigger calendar book from Happy Planner. I’ve tried this in the past and haven’t really used it.

Honestly, I instead love using TUL Discbound notebooks instead!

 we have people in this community who create planners too! @tracyraiteri

Great question! My Google Calendar is a must. I also use Trello for planning work for my clients and for my business. And I usually buy some kind of paper planner. This question has inspired me to revisit @phylliskhare training on Google Calendar Based Time Management Strategies; available on YouTube :innocent:

I’m terrible at paper planners. I’ve bought big fancy ones but now I just buy a €10 from Tyger (European cool stuff chain of shops).

I’m better at digital planning. I use Trello & Google Calendar alongside alarms on my phone.

I, um… I use Microsoft’s Tasks for planning tasks and then I just use my regular phone calendar? lol

But if I got more busy I’d probably lean on google calendar.

I have used Trello in the pasts for group work though.

I use Google Calendar for just about everything. Each brand gets its own color code for events and such. I also use a lot of tasks. Color blocks sort of work like an editorial calendar, while my tasks are more like a content calendar. However, I would really like a digital vertical calendar that I could map out a yearly overview. I’ve been searching online for a while now and still cannot find anything sufficient. I’ve also tried many different content calendars (free trials) to no satisfaction. I found them all to have a cluttered and noisy interface that simply frustrates me.

Primarily I love to plan and time block in Google Calendar (@phylliskhare ’s TimeBlissMe)

But I have started developing digital plans pdf and canva.

Apps of tried: xodo, Goodnotes, Notability, Note Shelf

I still like to just use a spreadsheet, but trying to migrate.
