I donβt do that stuff yet but Iβve definitely seen shared drives in corporations, or a shared google drive, or Microsoft SharePoint at some point.

Also like building a DAM (digital asset manager) in AirTable because I LOVE how AirTable shows you what the attached images look like!
My asset management is a shared Google Drive for each client with quadruple redundancy for backups. Meaning we have two NAS systems, external hard drives and BackBlaze. The Google Drives are basically for the clients to get us whatever we need (easily for them) and then we move that content into our internal systems.
