What’s your system to avoid Client Scope Creep?

I try to very clearly outline in client onboarding documents as well as the initial offer what is involved. Its never easy as one tries to be generous with time for the “above and beyond” but some clients then just accept that as par for the course. I think you just have to very clear at the start and I will say, if you do require xyz later, that is not included and would be in addition to the current agreement or something along those lines.
