The Influencer Marketing Coordinator oversee daily communication with digital influencers. With guidance of the Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing, work with social, events, and brand teams to ensure all business needs are met. On specific projects, the coordinator will be responsible from presenting influencers to reporting on the performance of posts.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage the day-to-day relationships with men’s and women’s influencers including but not limited to initial outreach, rates, contracts, moderation of posts/ tags and order fulfillment

Analyze and report on daily posts including performance and conversion. Communicate scorecards with internal teams

Work with e-Commerce team and Social Media team to determine KPI’s and campaign goals

Stay up-to-date on best practices and technology surrounding influencer marketing

Archive and organize all posts, stories, blogs, etc.

Manage influencer relationships

Manage master influencer/celebrity list including sizing, addresses, etc.

Work with Social team to develop ideas to maximize influencer content and UGC

Coordinate gifting collateral (boxes, cards, tissue, etc.)

Process all influencer payments through PO system

Represent the PACSUN brand in all external emails

Work with events and brand marketing team to ensure influencer attendance and coverage at PACSUN sponsored events

Create influencer lists for campaigns, events and collection pushes that are on brand and meet KPI’s

Ensure seeding lists are approved by appropriate brands as needed

Stay up-to-date on competitor’s influencer strategy

Attend off-site events (may include nights, evenings and weekends)

Qualifications

Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Knowledge in excel, outlook and PowerPoint

1-2 years of experience in social media, PR or influencer marketing

Attention to detail and strong organization skills

Retail experiences a plus

Using Influencer marketing platform is a plus

Availability to work evenings and weekends

Experience working with many partners and manage day to day projects
