I used to be able to get through to FB via a link I had but that doesn’t seem to work any more. Then I found a way to raise one if you searched a specific topic and at the bottom there was a support ticket option but I can’t seem to find anything now. Any ideas anyone?? Rx
They’ve probably made it harder to reach for sure. They may have fragmented it depending on the issue. I don’t think you can just raise a general ticket (if thats what you mean)… If you don’t mind, could you share the issue? Maybe I can work on trying to find where you could raise the support ticket.

It’s actually an Instagram issue. My client received a ‘Your content has been removed’ message a few weeks ago and since then hasn’t been able to post anything. She runs a travel agency so no nasty posts, just travel images. She tried contacting IG but with no response. I put a post on here asking for IG best contact options and was told to contact FB.

Oh instagram. Have you gone to the instagram settings and checked the status of the account? potentially put in an appeal if theres something there?

Good luck with this and let me know if you get anywhere. I’ve been trying for the last 3 years to reach support at FB re a suspended ad account. Despite an apology notice from FB admitting they made a mistake, they still haven’t rectified the problem. I"m increasingly concerned that FB is slowly falling apart!
Well, today I finally got through to FB live chat and hopefully have sorted the outstanding issue from the 16th oct, although we will have to wait a further couple of weeks to see if they will allow posting access again. Wow, so almost two months @rachel1! That’s perseverance. Any tips on how you finally got through? Were you trying repeatedly, or did they put you in a queue?

It took some doing believe me @paul - I’ve been round and round in circles. In the end I used Facebook advertising support | Meta Business Help Centre and went through Facebook ads who were actually very helpful on the live chat and then called me for a 15 minute chat. Was quite impressed.
Ads, probably the most active support FB has haha! They don’t wanna lose the ads!
