  • Proven track record of scaling and growing multiple social media pages.
  • Extensive network connections within the media and social landscape.
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid social strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various platforms, including emerging ones.
  • Experience in forming and executing influencer campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability in content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
  • Robust analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Capacity to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and strategise Team DOAC’s social media presence across all platforms to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends, positioning DOAC as a forerunner in the digital space.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of world-class social content, guaranteeing alignment with our brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with PR & Partnerships teams to integrate our media brand into vital social conversations and forge relationships with major brands.
  • Optimise UK & USA content strategy, spotlighting our global partnerships and achievements.
  • Drive revenue across social platforms through strategic campaigns, leveraging both organic and paid tactics.
  • Design a diversified content calendar complementing marketing initiatives, product launches, and key industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on campaigns, ensuring holistic brand representation across paid, email, and organic channels.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior social media or digital marketing role
  • Strong grasp of paid media strategies and familiarity with email marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with major brands and influencers, ensuring innovative yet compliant campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering growth, and achieving KPIs.
  • Practical knowledge of current industry guidelines and regulations, paired with a knack for fresh, boundary-pushing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of both the UK & USA markets and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
