Minimum qualifications:
10 years of experience in social marketing, specializing in social platforms and short form video formats.
Experience using data and measurement to inform decision making.
Experience in leading social process development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with international teams.
Ability to work cross-functionally with a high number of stakeholders.
Ability to produce executive-friendly mass communication.
About The Job
As the Head of Social Platforms and Scale, you will be the Company expert on all Social platforms, short form video formats with the subject matter expertise in audience culture in order to scale business impact. You will help lead the organizational redesign to social first, identify opportunities to centralize and standardize social and influencer marketing processes across the company and scale this globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000-$299,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be the company expert in social platforms, short form video and their constant evolution.
- Develop social marketing blueprint ensuring efforts are aligned with marketing objectives, drive measurable impact and reflect brand values.
- Develop synergies across marketing to driver great productivity and work excellence.
- Scale this knowledge through certification and training processes to scale thinking across the organization.
