Follow CTA on Insta

Do we know if saying something like “Follow @ for more” or something along those lines affect posts negatively on instagram?

I remember FB saying something that posts that asks for likes (and maybe follows?) are negatively ranked as spam and pushed down. So I’m wondering if that is the case for Insta, and then how do you CTA instead?

I don’t think so, but I also don’t think it’s been tested @eternalkaz

It feels that way, its hard for me to tell tbh. Maybe next time I should delete and post it again instead of posting it after the original one. Since I don’t know if Insta would find out its the same post and then put THAT as spam too.
