Soni Resources’ CPG client is seeking a Director of Social Media to collaborate closely with their creative and brand teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the launch and growth of a premium home goods brand, backed by a prominent consumer products company. As the Director of Social Media, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns. Your primary focus will be to enhance brand visibility and drive substantial growth across all social channels, making a lasting impact in the consumer products industry.

Required Skills:

  • 10-12 years of experience successfully managing and launching social media programs for both new and established brands in the Consumer Product Industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with strong EQ and people management skills.
  • Proven background in developing and executing successful campaigns, resulting in organic growth and tangible sales outcomes.
  • Expertise in analyzing social data to derive actionable insights and measure impactful KPIs for business success.
  • Essential experience in managing social media on a global scale.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in effectively managing external agencies, supported by ROI-based analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and agency partners to ensure initiatives are supported and aligned across all channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to report ROI to senior leadership, highlighting the concrete impact of social media efforts.

Compensation: $150,000-$170,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
